Regional Youth Work Unit
The Regional Youth Work Unit – North East are holding their first regional awards evening to celebrate and acknowledge the hard work and contribution that youth services and individuals across the region have made to the youth sector. There are awards in many categories, with both group and individual awards being awarded at the night, including "Volunteer of the year" and "Best Youth Participation Initiative"
November 2011 - ASDAN award for outstanding practice
SVSYF are proud to announce that we have won an award for outstanding practice in running ASDAN courses in 2011 - Well done to member organisations who are part of the network - Youth Almighty Project, Hendon Young People's Project, YMCA Herrington Burn, SNCBC and Young Asian Voices.
