Speed Networking Event - April 7th, 2011 at Arts Centre Washington
This year our Speed Networking event was held at Arts Centre Washington - a very interesting and picturesque venue. 11 local, regional and national Stall Holders were promoting their organisations and answering delegates' questions.
As always, it was a great opportunity for networking and making new contacts, as well as promoting own projects.
The following organisations were offering various promotional materials and information:
• A690 Youth Initiative
• Community IT
• Sunderland Carers Centre
• NECA
• Spark FM
• Family and Parenting Team
• Arts Centre Washington
• Youth Information Shop
• VCAS
• Tyne & Wear Museums
• YMCA Weardale House
Pat Garrigan (Connexions) and
Cynthia Grieves(Youth Information Shop)
We have received a lot of positive feedback about the event. Both, visitors and stall holders, found it useful and many new contacts were made.
Everyone also enjoyed delicious cupcakes made by
Sam Galiilee (YMCA Herrington Burn)
We hope you enjoy these videos, podcasts and pictures from the event.
